Yeah, you've seen personas and used them on projects before, but what are you supposed to do with them once they are created? This session will be a hands-on workshop exploring how and why we use personas. We'll center the lessons learned around a fictitious project (think of it as a UX Kata). At then end of the workshop you'll have experienced how to effectively bring a human element to your project through personas and scenarios.
